As President of Golf Development Services, Inc (GDSI)., Mr. Bignon brings with him
over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the golfing industry. Mr. Bignon, a
native of Kentucky, began his career in golf after completing his education at the
Morehead State University. From 1966 to 1976, Mr. Bignon had the opportunity to work
with the Morehead State University as head professional and golf coach. In 1976 he went
on to assume the position of Director of Operations with the Kentucky State Department of
Parks where he was responsible for the successful operation of 16 resort golfing operations.
Knowledge of the planning, construction, and management of golf resorts came within the criteria
of Mr. Bignon's responsibilities during his tenure with the State of Kentucky.

Mr. Bignon joined ITT SunSport/Palm Coast in 1980 in the capacity as Director of Golf Operations.
During his four years with ITT SunSport/Palm Coast, Mr. Bignon's responsibilities included the
management of an existing golf course, the planning and development of three additional courses,
and involvement with the planning of other SunSport amenities.

Mr. Bignon became acquainted with golf great, Arnold Palmer, in 1978. In early 1984, Mr. Palmer and
Mr. Bignon put together the concept of what is now known as The Arnold Palmer Golf Management
Company (APGMC). Incorporated in September 1984, Mr. Bignon was the major driving force behind the
success of APGMC. Mr. Palmer and Mr. Bignon created APGMC to provide a complete range of services
from the initial stages of planning a golf course/development to the day-to-day services of an up
and running facility. Twenty-two projects within six years were brought to reality through Mr. Bignon's
expertise in planning, design, construction, and management. Projects were located not only in the four
quadrants of the United States, but Hawaii, Australia, and Taiwan as well. Mr. Bignon's responsibilities
ranged from consultant contracts and feasibility studies to the total hands-on management of exclusive or
private clubs, public / municipal golf courses and ultra-high-end, final destination resorts.

In 1991, Mr. Bignon created Golf Development Services, Inc. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Bignon became
President of Sam Snead Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Bignon's responsibilities included the development of
business opportunities utilizing Sam Snead, one of golf's greatest legends. Through this association,
Mr. Bignon put together a highly successful restaurant chain known as "Sam Snead's Tavern". Mr. Bignon
established Sam Snead Course Design and Management Company and handled his endorsements.

Currently, GDSI specializes in course planning/development, equity partnerships, club and event management.
GDSI created and now manages The Prestige Club, a summer golf membership program in the Central Florida area.

Mr. Bignon was also a broadcaster for the PGA Tour Radio, which is a nationwide coverage of PGA Tour golf tournaments.
