All tournaments and special events require critical path specially designed for that particular event. At GDSI, our team will assist your facility with a wide range of events. This includes everything from local community programs and tournaments to significant competitions, all designed to provide your facility with extensive exposure and credibility.

One of the more important items to be considered when planning an event includes a comprehensive written agreement designed to provide your facility with responsibilities and costs to be anticipated throughout the event. GDSI will assist your facility with this agreement, protecting your interests every step of the way.

In addition, we will assist you with budget preparation, setup of the physical site, staff responsibilities, collateral materials, promotions, and media relations. For each event you will be provided with a 5-7 page critical path outlining what is required and the time frame in which it must be accomplished.

Successful completion of these items is mandatory in reaching an impeccably directed event and will enhance the image of your facility.
